Prepardness Failures

If the public really knew the truth about how we are not prepared for disaters etc. they would be outraged, and the reason is that the current leadership has been mostly focused on hurting the firefighters(same people that are willing to give their lives for their community.) The Buck Stops with The Leadership (if thats what they call themselves.) Amazingly the council will vote on issues to hurt firefighters and at the same time ignore complaints about leadership failures wich could lead to our deaths.
